I'm out in San Francisco for a race tomorrow but today I decided to take a tour of Alcatraz Federal Prison, also more commonly known as the Rock. It was a really cool tour that lasted about 3 hours. Here are a few pics from the trip. I don't have time to explain them all now since my delicious dinner just came out at Bubba Gump's here in the Fisherman's Wharf. Take care.
